Personal Training Blue Print
Most of us underestimate what we are truly capable of and sometimes we need someone else to stretch us.
At other times, we lose motivation and we need help to get back on track.
When you become a part of our team, you receive three 45 minute personal training
sessions pack called a ‘Blue Print’.
The three sessions include an assessment of pre-existing injuries, nutrition and lifestyle habits, a postural analysis, and identification of your goals and abilities.
Don’t worry about training for the training – just be yourself so we can determine
how best to help you.
If you like you’re Trainer and you set a specific goal or want to achieve your aims faster, you can engage them or any one of the 20 Personal Trainers available at each of our gyms for ongoing personalised coaching.
Over time if you become unmotivated, or stop visiting the gym regularly, our system will let us know and the General Manager of the club or one of our FitEx Team Members will check in with you and work with you to identify ways to get your mojo back.
