Personal Training

Sometimes we need a bit of help finding exercises that suit our body and our mindset. Sometimes we need someone to show us the right technique. Sometimes we lose motivation and we need help to get back on track.

 

At Bailey Fitness, finding the right personal trainer to help you on that fitness journey is easy.

 

When you become part of the Bailey Fitness team, you receive the Personal Training Blue Print; three 45-minute personal training sessions.

 

The three personal training sessions include an assessment of pre-existing injuries, nutrition and lifestyle habits, and postural analysis so our trainers know where you are at physically and mentally.

 

The assessment also identifies your goals and abilities so we can match our personal training sessions to what you want to achieve. Our motto during these initial sessions is this: don’t worry about training for the training – just be yourself so we can determine how best to help you.

 

If you find a personal trainer that clicks with you and you’re comfortable with, you can then work with them (or any of the other personal trainers on our team) for ongoing personalised coaching sessions.

As an added Bailey Fitness bonus, if we see that you haven’t visited the gym regularly, our system will let us know and the General Manager of the club or one of our Member Experience staff will check in with you. Together, we’ll work to identify ways to get your mojo back.
