Group Fitness
Are you ready to take your fitness training to the next level? Bailey Fitness offers 20 different group fitness programs that caters to all fitness levels.
All of our gyms in Baldivis, Southern River and Morley have spacious, dedicated Group Fitness rooms and as a leading provider of ‘Olympic Zone’ and ‘Muay Thai’ training, we have dedicated areas for these activities too.
If you’re up for the high intensity challenge, we offer Body Pump, Shred 2.0 and Body Combat.
Alternatively, if you’re after a zen workout that still trains all the important muscles, Body Balance is for you – a combination of Yoga, Thai Chi and Pilates to build flexibility and strength. Bailey Fitness also provides a Super Seniors class, designed specifically for the over 55s, and some dance classes, including Zumba and Konga, which combines boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting.
We also offer special group classes designed to bring together Members with similar goals and levels of ability, so they can receive the encouragement and support they need to succeed. Talk to one of our Member Experience staff if you would like to know more.
We also offer extended evening crèche hours in selected clubs so parents can make it to the classes they love most.

BODYSTEP
Bodystep is the energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around it you'll push fat-burning systems into high gear. Your legs will love it...eventually. (60min)

BODYCOMBAT
Kick and Punch your way to great results in this non-contact class, using many disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing and Thai Chi. (60min)

BODYPUMP
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body & challenges all your major muscle groups. (60min)

BODYBALANCE
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred & calm. (60min)

CXWORX
Based on cutting – edge scientific research, CXWORX is the ultimate way to strengthen and tone your core, taking your abs to the next level. (30min)

BODYATTACK
The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. (60min)

SPRINT
Sprint is a cycle workout built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s a quick and intense style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. (30mins)

RPM
RPM™ is the indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. (60min)

GRIT
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

SHRED 2.0
A cutting edge training program using the latest high performance equipment specifically designed by our best Personal Trainers. Guaranteed results. If you want to look and perform like an elite athlete this class is for you! (60min)

YOGA
Practised on its own or as a complementary discipline to your usual exercise regime, yoga can unlock energy, increase your flexibility and will work all of your body, mind and soul. Each posture is linked by your breath. You will feel amazing after this very special form of body movement. Treat and challenge yourself! (60min)

ZUMBA
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. (60 mins)

KONGA
An easy to follow, high intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting. Whether you are super-fit or totally un-coordinated, KONGA is for you! (60min)

PILATES
Will help you to improve core stability, pelvic floor and postural muscle function. It will assist you in increasing your core strength, enhancing optimal movement patterns, balance and coordination. (60min)

ABS EXPRESS
A 30 minute total core workout. A HIIT style (High Intense Interval Training) workout with isolated abdominal and back exercises delivered in a variety of diverse classes which will keep you challenged, with new and unique exercises designed to tone and strengthen. Great for all levels of fitness. (30min)

METAFIT
Created by a former Marine Commando, Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with simple un-choreographed high intensity intervals to set your metabolism on fire! (30mn)

METAPWR
The long awaited, new group X workout from Metafit™ sticking to fundamental training principles, comes a power circuit class using functional exercises to work muscle and boost metabolism. (30min)

SUPER SENIORS
Specially designed for the over 55’s to safely maintain fitness, strength and flexibility. Suitable for a veteran gym goer or a newcomer. Held in Olympic Zone. (45min)

CARDIOBOX
A class designed for those new to boxing or people who just want to work up a sweat. With a focus on fitness, weight loss & fun. It doesn’t matter if you have never even thrown a punch before! (60min)

MINI MUAY THAI
Learning a martial art at a young age promotes learning, confidence and self-discipline, at the same time improving health and fitness. Mini Muay Thai is a perfect class for any child between the ages of 8-12.

MUAY THAI
The ultimate in Fitness Classes where you will learn the skills and techniques of Thailand’s national sport. Incorporating kicks, punches, knees and elbows Muay Thai is THE total body workout. Suitable for all levels. (60min & 90min)

FIGHT TEAM
Fight Team is a closed session for those preparing for Muay Thai competition only. Our fighters travel extensively interstate and abroad if you want to challenge yourself in a fight let us know. (90min)

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
A grappling style martial art proven to be very effective form of self defence and for competition such as martial arts. So whether your a beginner or experienced practitioner we would like to invite you to come experience it for yourself. (60min)
